These terms govern the use of Titita (titita.app). By using the app you accept them. If you have questions, write to abner.casallo@unmsm.edu.pe.
The service. Titita is a free app to learn music with exercises, games, lessons and tools like the tuner and the piano. It may change, add or remove features, and may not be available at times.
Your account. The account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for what is done with it and for keeping your password and email access secure. Children under 14 must use the account of their mother, father or guardian.
Acceptable use. Don't use offensive nicknames or ones that impersonate another person in challenges. Don't try to alter scores, access other people's data, mass-copy the content or overload the service. We may delete challenges or close accounts that break these rules.
Content. The exercises, lessons, texts, drawings (including the Titita mascot) and the app's code belong to their author. You can use them to learn and to teach in class, but not copy or redistribute them outside the app without permission. Public-domain works, such as Bach's chorales, remain free to use.
Voluntary contributions. The app is free. Contributions are voluntary, don't buy features or advantages, and are processed through PayPal under its terms.
No warranties. The app is offered as is. We take care that the content is correct, but it may have errors, and microphone grading depends on your device and environment. Titita does not replace a music teacher. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the app, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.
Privacy. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy (titita.app/privacy).
Changes and governing law. We may update these terms. The date on this page shows the latest version. They are governed by the laws of Peru.
