How do I tune the guitar with the microphone?
Play an open string and wait for the needle to settle. If it reads below, turn the peg to raise the note; if it reads above, to lower it. Standard tuning, from the 6th to the 1st string, is E A D G B E.

One hundredth of a semitone. Below about 5 cents of difference, almost nobody notices.
